Attendees of this week long camp learn:
- The "4 Magic rules" to attacking the Offensive Zone
- Goal scoring tactics and secrets
- Puck control in traffic and passing
- Shooting for accuracy and quickness
- Playing with and without the puck
- Reading and reacting to the Defense and Goalie
Through creative teaching, our world class skating treadmill, proven C.A.P.S
off-ice training program, and professionally lead seminars, attending hockey
players will learn the keys to becoming successful!
Develop skating fundamentals and become the next great one!
Throughout the camps and following our C.A.P.S. programming, players
DEVELOP, Core strength, Agility, Power and Speed and become a dominant
hockey players.
This year we are excited to add professional presenters; Dr. Johanna Carlo;
dedicated to providing safe, healthy and injury free performances. Cherilee
Garafano; Triathlete and Nutritional expert, committed to teaching the value
and impact nutrition plays in athletics and Dan Blackburn; coach, trainer
and professional Mentor, teaching the pillars of athleticism.
